I realize it is not meant to be literate, but the quality of writing in this is book is simply awful. I bought it because it is assigned reading for a graduate class I am taking on educational technology. While it does contain some useful information, I wish a different text had been chosen because the poor writing is distracting and makes this book hard to get through or to take seriously.
I just bought the Kindle version for my Kindle app on my laptop. I haven't read it yet as the class is just beginning, but so far it seems fine. There are page numbers shown on each page, which is good for referencing the book in papers. The table of contents isn't very clear. It lists a lot of titles you can click on, but it doesn't label which title goes to which chapter. You may end up on a random page you weren't expecting. I will probably bookmark the first page of each chapter as I read so I can go back later. It looks like the actual book, just on my screen. While I enjoy print books, it's nice to only have to bring my laptop to class or the library.
Decent book for school. Hardly used. Better price was here.
